Elite Gymnastics Academy Has Arrived in Oakville, Ontario!

A New Destination for Children’s Gymnastics in Oakville and the Halton Region

We are thrilled to officially announce that Elite Gymnastics Academy (EGA) is now open in Oakville, Ontario!

After months of preparation, planning and building a space designed for young athletes to learn, grow and thrive, we officially opened our doors on August 1st. Our Opening Day was an incredible success, and we were grateful to welcome so many families, friends, community members and future EGA athletes into our new gymnastics facility.

Seeing children walk through our doors, explore the gym, meet our coaches and experience EGA for the first time made the day especially meaningful. Most importantly, it marked the beginning of what we hope will become a long-standing part of the Oakville and Halton Region gymnastics community.

A New Gymnastics Academy in Oakville

Elite Gymnastics Academy was created with a simple philosophy: seeing the potential in every individual.

Every child develops differently. Some children walk into a gymnastics gym ready to run, jump and explore. Others may be more cautious and need time to build confidence. Some may eventually aspire to higher-level gymnastics, while others simply want a fun and positive activity that keeps them moving.

At EGA, we believe there should be a place for all of them.

Our goal is to provide families in Oakville, Burlington and surrounding Halton communities with a welcoming gymnastics environment where children can develop their skills while building confidence, strength, coordination, flexibility and discipline.

Gymnastics provides an incredible foundation for physical development. The balance, body awareness, strength and coordination children develop through gymnastics can benefit them not only in the gym, but in many other sports and activities throughout their lives.

An Incredible Opening Day for the EGA Community

Our Opening Day on August 1st gave local families their first opportunity to experience Elite Gymnastics Academy.

Throughout the day, parents and children toured our new Oakville gymnastics facility, met members of our coaching team, learned about our programs and watched their children experience the gym firsthand.

The response from the community was incredible.

We were especially excited to welcome families who registered their children for upcoming programs and became some of the first families to join the EGA community.

Built for Learning, Movement & Fun

Our Oakville gymnastics facility provides a welcoming environment where young athletes can explore movement, develop fundamental skills and build confidence through age-appropriate gymnastics activities.

Gymnastics Programs for Kids in Oakville

As EGA begins its first season, we're excited to offer programming designed to help children progress at different ages and stages of development.

Our programs include opportunities for toddlers and preschoolers, beginner gymnasts, developing athletes and children looking for additional training and skill development.

One of our signature programs is the Elite Skills Academy, which provides athletes with a more focused gymnastics experience and the opportunity for additional weekly training.

We also offer private gymnastics lessons, giving athletes the opportunity to work one-on-one with a coach on specific skills, confidence, technique and individual goals.

At EGA, every child is seen as an individual. Our coaches create a positive, supportive environment where young athletes can build skills, develop confidence and discover what they’re capable of.

As EGA continues to grow, our goal is to create a clear pathway where children can enter gymnastics at a young age, develop strong fundamentals and continue progressing as their abilities and interests grow.

More Than Just Gymnastics

We want Elite Gymnastics Academy to be more than simply another place for kids' activities in Oakville.

We want children to leave our gym feeling proud of what they accomplished.

Learning a new gymnastics skill often requires repetition, patience and perseverance. A child may attempt something many times before finally succeeding and the confidence that comes from that moment can extend far beyond gymnastics.

Our coaches aim to create an environment that challenges athletes while remaining positive, encouraging and age-appropriate.

Through gymnastics, we hope to help children develop qualities such as confidence, perseverance, discipline, independence, teamwork and resilience alongside their physical skills.
