Big Energy. Big Smiles. Big Growth.
Tiny Tumblers is a parent-and-child class that encourages toddlers to move, explore, and thrive with growing independence. Through engaging obstacle courses, structured activities, and introductory gymnastics skills, athletes develop balance, coordination, jumping ability, spatial awareness, and foundational tumbling techniques while parents and caregivers continue to provide support and encouragement. Along the way, children strengthen important life skills such as listening, following directions, taking turns, and building confidence—all while having fun in an encouraging and positive environment. -

Where Confidence Begins to Shine
Mini Stars marks an exciting milestone as athletes begin participating independently in a structured gymnastics class. With coaches leading the way, athletes are introduced to foundational gymnastics skills on bars, beam, floor, mushroom, and vault while developing strength, flexibility, coordination, and body control. Classes focus on building confidence, concentration, and a positive attitude toward learning. As athletes master new skills and challenges on their own, they develop the strong foundation needed for future success in gymnastics and beyond.

Where Skills Take Flight
Rising Stars provides athletes with the opportunity to build strong gymnastics foundations in age-based groups while progressing on their respective men's or women's apparatus. Athletes focus on proper technique, strength, flexibility, coordination, and skill development in a structured and supportive environment. As skills advance, athletes gain greater independence, discipline, and self-confidence. This program encourages personal growth, perseverance, and a love of learning while helping each athlete reach their full potential.

More Time. More Skills. More Confidence.
Elite Skills Academy is designed for athletes who love gymnastics and are ready for more time in the gym. This premium program offers 2–6 hours of training each week, giving families the flexibility to choose the schedule that works best for them. Athletes may attend one, two, or all three weekly sessions, with the greatest progress coming from consistent attendance throughout the week.
Throughout each class, athletes develop stronger gymnastics fundamentals on bars, beam, vault, floor, and other apparatus while improving strength, flexibility, coordination, body awareness, and overall athleticism. With additional training time, athletes have more opportunities to refine technique, build consistency, set personal goals, and experience the satisfaction of mastering new skills in a fun, encouraging, and supportive environment.
For families interested in a future competitive pathway, we strongly recommend attending all three weekly sessions (6 hours) whenever possible. The additional training time helps athletes build the strength, confidence, and technical foundation needed to progress more quickly and prepare for future competitive opportunities.
Whether your athlete dreams of one day joining a competitive team or simply can't get enough gymnastics, Elite Skills Academy provides the perfect next step to continue growing, learning, and having fun in a positive, coach-led environment.
Multi-Class Discount: Save 10% on each class when you register for two or more classes per week.

Building Strong Foundations for Future Competitive Gymnastics
EGA's Competition Prep Program is a specialized, invitation- or tryout-based program designed for young gymnasts who demonstrate the potential, readiness and commitment to take their gymnastics to the next level.
Bridging the gap between recreational gymnastics and future competitive opportunities, Competition Prep offers a more structured training environment focused on proper technique, strength, flexibility, skill development and the discipline needed for higher-level gymnastics.
Athletes train in small, carefully selected groups with individualized coaching and progressive skill development. Our goal is to help each gymnast build confidence, consistency and strong technical foundations while preparing for the possibility of transitioning into competitive gymnastics in the future.
Training Groups
Our introductory program offers three age-based training categories:
Birth Years
2023–2021 - Weekly Training: 3 Hours
2020–2018 - Weekly Training: 3.5 Hours
2017 and earlier - Weekly Training: 4.5 Hours
Athletes begin with one training session per week, with opportunities for increased training hours in future sessions as the program develops and athletes demonstrate readiness. Tuition will be adjusted accordingly if training hours increase.
Admission by Invitation or Tryout
Unlike our open-enrollment recreational programs, Competition Prep requires coach approval. Athletes may be personally invited by EGA's coaching team or assessed through a tryout. Placement is based on age, skill level, readiness, coachability and available space. Groups are designed for a maximum of eight athletes per coach, with additional enrollment considered only when appropriate coaching coverage and space are available.
Please note: Competition Prep is a preparatory program and does not guarantee future placement on a competitive team.
