Designed with homeschool families in mind, our Homeschool Gymnastics program combines structured gymnastics instruction with open gym time for a balanced, active, and social experience. Participants will begin with coach-led gymnastics activities focused on skill development, physical literacy, coordination, strength, and confidence. The session will also include open gym time, giving participants the opportunity to explore the gym, practice skills, and enjoy movement at their own pace in a supervised environment. Our goal is to create a welcoming daytime program where homeschool athletes can learn, move, build friendships, and have fun.
