Ages 18 months–3 years
A fun and engaging introduction to movement, exploration, and early gymnastics skills. In this parent-assisted program, toddlers will learn basic body positions, gymnastics terminology, balance, coordination, and spatial awareness through coach-led circuits, songs, games, and age-appropriate activities. Designed to strengthen the bond between parent and child, this class helps build confidence, listening skills, and a lifelong love of physical activity in a safe and supportive environment. -
Ages 3–5
As children prepare for school and become more independent, this program focuses on developing the foundational skills needed for success both in and out of the gym. Through structured classes, athletes will learn the importance of listening, following instructions, self-discipline, and active participation while building confidence in a fun and supportive environment. -
Ages 5–8
Building strong foundations through fun, safe, and progressive gymnastics instruction. Our 5-8 year-old program focuses on learning gymnastics foundations and fundamentals on vault, bars, beam and floor. In this station-based class, students will be introduced to fundamental gymnastics skills, proper technique, flexibility, and conditioning exercises that support safe skill development.
